I am all for Education, besides Hard Work by American's of all Nationalities and Ethnic Background Our Country began its Roots.  Just as many of Us have began our Journey...Having the Best Medical Care means the Best Doctors, Nurses, Patient Care, Hospitals, Equipment and Technology...investing in this Education is Paramount.  However, we as American's experience another hardship, Climbing Costs and if we cannot afford...our Outcome looks or is very Bleak.

For some or many American's health declines, as a result cannot afford treatment or hospitalization, losing their jobs, homes and life.  The Elderly who worked all of their lives, now retired, cannot afford the cost of living and medical coverage.  How many i.e. Attorney's, Politicians, Insurance Executives, have this problem.

American's Wages do not reflect the raising costs, we cannot all be Doctor's, Nurses, Surgeons, Medical Researchers, in the Pharmaceutical  Industry, Attorneys, or Politicians.  The American Working Class, is the economic engine of this nation, the backbone of America, yet we continue to define the Working Class, categorize Americans by Class Status, Low, Lower Middle, Middle, Upper

The American Lower Class...the lower class is loosely defined and its boundaries and definitions subject to debate and ambiguous popular opinions.  Also defined as the Working Poor, those of the service fields and low-rung manual laborers are commonly identified as being among the working poor.  Those who do not participate in the labor force and rely on public assistance as their main source of income are commonly identified as members of the Under Class.

Roughly one quarter, 25%, of US households are in the lower classes; 13% are members among the working poor while 12% are members of the underclass.

The American Middle Class...depending on the class model used, the middle class may constitute anywhere from 25% to 66% of households.

The American Upper Class is the "top layer" of society in the United States, consisting of those with great wealth and power and may also be referred to as the Capitalist Class or simply as The Rich

Is there Still an American Dream...as more and more jobs go to other Countries, possibly performed by their Lower or Working Class.
