Richard Hezekiah Mercer, m. abt. 1807, Temperance West, b. 27 Apr 1790, MD, dau. of Hezekiah West & Pricilla Osborn. Per Hezekiah West, Probate Judge's Docket Aug 1821 - Dec 1846, Johnson Co. IL, Thomas M. Mercer was a witness.

Living at 2000 Ave H., Kearney, NE, that is a farm on Google maps. The image does not show widowed, since his wife Mary is listed, but the md for married, can look like wd. However, the line above is widowed and the data input recorder is in error. Also I see George A, not J and I do see an F. after Ben’s name.
